After 3 days of wind and rain...would the bite still be on?...Ask Ronnie the Roofer and Ron the Mailman!...I think the answer is YES!...The duo 1st did some trolling and picked a quick 6-7 fish, then we switched over to jigging with light tackle, and boy what a blast...Another 7 fish were caught from 33"-37". The bite is on!!! |

As noted, the bite was so good in the AM., that I couldn't resist a PM. run on Capt. Ron's boat. Some old friends went along to get in on the fun and laughter! Brother's Don and Bobby "Big Bug" Burch and Steve Smith were along for another Striped Bass Slay-fest! Again, over 20 Bass were caught between 10-20 lbs. The brother's competition was won by Don (as usual)! In all, it was an amazing day of fishing. |

Today we had a 2 hr. window to look for Bass, and were delighted to have friends, Phil, Mark and Kenny join me. Not to be disappointed, the crew limited on Striped Bass in no time and were back at the dock to enjoy a nice fish dinner! The fishing keeps getting better by the day! Yee Haa |
